Mizu in Bandra, Mumbai, is one of the top Japanese restaurants in the country, alongside Izumi. With high expectations from previous visits to Izumi, I chose Mizu to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I’m happy to report that it delivered on all fronts, from service to cuisine, making the evening memorable.
